I am a banking technology professional based in Singapore, with experience across data engineering, digital banking platforms, enterprise system integration, and applied Generative AI in regulated financial services.

My work sits in environments where reliability matters. I have contributed to customer-facing digital banking capabilities, transaction intelligence, wealth-related data products, regulatory and integration platforms, and now enterprise GenAI solutions. The common thread is simple: build systems that are useful, governed, scalable, and trusted.
I am most interested in the space where engineering discipline, financial services context, and applied AI come together to create practical outcomes.
From enterprise integration to digital banking and GenAI.
Over the years, I have worked across large-scale banking systems, CI/CD and middleware platforms, data engineering pipelines, digital banking products, and secure enterprise AI workflows.
Generative AI Platform
Working on DBS's internal Generative AI platform, integrating large language models including Google Gemini via Vertex AI on GCP. The focus is secure enterprise knowledge access, contextual retrieval, agentic AI enablement, controlled data access, and responsible AI alignment within a regulated banking environment. This includes incorporating MCP Server capabilities and using Glean as the orchestration layer for DBS-GPT.
Intelligent Banking Insights
Contributed to customer-facing insight capabilities that convert banking data into timely, personalised, and useful financial insights across digital banking journeys.
Money In / Money Out
Worked on MIMO, a digiWealth capability that uses AI/ML models to categorise money inflows and outflows, helping customers understand their cashflow, spending patterns, and financial behaviour. These categories support customer budgeting goals and also help Relationship Managers understand money movement patterns so they can have more relevant wealth and investment conversations with customers.
Transaction and Merchant Enrichment
Led and contributed to data enrichment work including clean transaction descriptions, merchant name resolution, and merchant logo mapping at scale.
Smart Links / Quick Links
Contributed to digital banking personalisation by processing behavioural signals and supporting in-app shortcut prioritisation for customer journeys.
CI/CD, Middleware and Wallet Integrations
Worked on CI/CD pipelines, TIBCO BW services, web service integration, production deployment, monitoring, and credit card wallet solutions including CitiWallet and Apple Pay.
Taking GenAI from experiment to enterprise-grade workflow.
My current focus is applied Generative AI in banking: integrating LLMs into internal platforms, enabling secure enterprise knowledge access, supporting agentic AI enablement through MCP Server capabilities, and designing architectures that respect governance, responsible AI principles, and production reliability.

Working with Gemini through Vertex AI on GCP as part of enterprise AI platform development.

Through DBS People of Purpose and other community efforts, I have volunteered in areas including GenAI digital literacy for elderly residents, financial literacy for persons with disabilities, student career workshops, social support activities with seniors, and inclusive community outings.

Running is not the centre of this website, but it is part of who I am. Marathons, half marathons, duathlons, Hyrox events, and community runs have shaped how I think about consistency, resilience, and showing up — at work, at home, and in the community.

I hold a B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering, a Post Graduate Diploma in Data Analytics from IIIT Bangalore, and have completed executive learning in FinTech and innovation from NUS. I am enrolling in the part-time MSc in Artificial Intelligence & Innovation at the National University of Singapore in August 2026.
